Born and raised in a humble home in Penang, Chef Benny found his
culinary calling at a young age. His culinary skill is backed with
the knowledge of European culinary management and more than 10 years
of working experience in Singapore hotels and award winning restaurants
like Corner House, Botanic Garden (a Michelin starred restaurant and
winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants) under the helm of Chef Jason Tan.
Chef Benny marries his passion for contemporary French dining with
his Asian heritage to present refined new creations of French-Asian
cuisine here at BLANC. From the creative process of experimenting
with the local and western ingredients to combining various
flavours and texture, dining guests can expect an intriguing
seasonal menu that is distinctively unique and pleasing to
the discerning taste of today’s food lovers in Penang and
the region.
